Refund policy

At Juniper & Co, we offer a change of mind return policy within 10 days from the date of purchase for store credit. Please note that certain items are excluded from this policy, and any exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product pages and/or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• The return must be initiated through your Juniper & Co account and posted within 10 days of receiving your order confirmation email.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in a resalable condition, with the original tags still attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, which must be in its original condition (including sealed boxes, branded dust bags, and shoe boxes).

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns, and change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit.
